June at the RRC

Hello and Happy June!

Another short newsletter, so you can squeeze it in between chorus concerts, field days and end of year celebrations.

A few updates:

First, a big congratulations to Marcie, one of our wonderful therapists, who welcomed a baby boy this week! He's the newest member of our RRC team and we are pumped.

Second, we're kicking off Summer Bingo this month. Summer Bingo is designed to be a fun activity for kids, but very low stress for parents, with a mix of fun summer activities and a few "good for you" activities on the boards. If your family has a different kind of summer planned, just let us know and we can make a custom Bingo board. Therapists will have the boards in their offices in the next couple of weeks.

Finally, we will be running multiple groups this summer:

Social Skills (Fridays at 3:45pm)

Friendship & Emotions (Thursdays at 5pm)

Teen Anxiety Group (this group is new and does not have a time yet)

Times are tentative. Please reach out to me directly, or talk to your therapist with any questions about group.
