Hello families and Happy July!
I’m thrilled to announce that in addition to offering a new service (spoiler: it's Family Therapy), we also have a new therapist joining our team.
Tamra Tills, LMSW will be with us starting in late July and is here today to share some information about Family Therapy.
I’ll leave it to Tamra here.
Thanks for reading!

Summer often brings opportunities for families to spend more time together. While these moments can create wonderful memories, they can also highlight the challenges that naturally arise in family life. Changes in routines, sibling conflicts, communication struggles, parenting stress, and life transitions can leave families feeling overwhelmed or disconnected.
At the RRC, we believe that even during difficult seasons, healing and growth are possible when families have the right support.
We’re excited to announce that we are now offering Family Therapy Services.
Family therapy creates a safe, supportive space where every family member has an opportunity to be heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we explore patterns of communication, strengthen relationships, build healthier ways to navigate conflict, and develop practical tools that families can continue using long after therapy ends.
Whether your family is adjusting to a new baby, navigating adolescence, coping with anxiety, processing grief, managing behavioral concerns, or simply feeling disconnected, family therapy can help restore connection.
If you’ve been wondering whether family therapy might be right for your family, we invite you to reach out. You don’t have to wait for a crisis to begin building stronger relationships.
This month, we encourage you to look for small moments of connection with your loved ones. A shared laugh, an honest conversation, or simply taking time to truly listen. These moments are the foundation of resilience and help families grow stronger together!
